In addition to our regular day jobs, we also run a small catering business; therefore, we will be catering the wedding reception ourselves. The menu for the reception is as follows:
Appetizers: - Veggie and Fruit Tray - Insalata Caprese (fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and basil) - Fresh Hummus and Homemade Garlic Pita Chips - Bruschetta with Alice's Homemade Sundried Tomato Pesto - Various Gourmet Cheeses, Italian Salami and Crackers
Dinner: - Green Salad, with candied walnuts, blue cheese, Mandarin oranges and a balsamic vinaigrette - Green Beans, with toasted almonds - Chicken Marsala - Greek-style Grilled Pork Loin - Harvest Rice Pilaf, with wild mushrooms, lentils and peas - Au Gratin Potatoes - Rolls and Butter
Wedding Cakes: - Lemon Lavender Pound Cake, with lemon curd filling and a citrus butter-cream frosting - Pumpkin Spice Cake, with an orange and molasses infused cream cheese glaze - White Cake, with a raspberry filling and covered with an almond flavored whipped cream
Drinks: - Coffee, Tea, Water - White Wine, Red Wine and Beer
